I was impressed with Datuk Rahman's idea of having formation of Barisan Nasional Supreme Council to replace UMNO Supreme in determining the country policy.
I can continuously feel the openness of the young leaders these days.

2. is a stratregy for resolving disputes over who should have the most powerful position in the social hierarchy;
3. as sharing practices and established rules and roles that result in broad based controlling or leading
