Di Tindas

I read an complaint article in one of the Malay newspaper.

A highly educated Bumi applicant complaint that he has applied job to a Chinese base company. The chinese base company advertise " Bumiputra are encouraged to apply".

But the applicant failed in his phone interview with the reason of " you do not command Mandarin language"

He was dissapointed and wrote to newspaper claiming as " Di Tindas" di tanah air sendiri.

Imagine that this complaint were read by so many Bumis, sure they are disturbed.

We are always facing the phenonema of " Bumiputera Condition" , " Command of Mandarin".

A particular race will complaint amongst their race even in their monther tounge media. But other race may not know.

I always feel that we should have Cross- Reporting of different news in other language media so that inter-race more undertand of each others.

I always say to the Chinese community, you marah amongst yourselve, do others know or hear your grievances or not.

You Marah, You Shok Sendiri or You Lagi Marah !
