Investment In Malaysia Pull Out

It was sad to hear a few first-hand negative statement from the market myself when talking to my customers.

Aussie based furniture hypermarket commented that with the instability of Malaysia politic steered by 916 incident has scrared away RM500million investment to open more than 10-15 mega outlets. This year only they gain confident by re-begin their 3 new outlets to be opened this year.

Swiss based furniture hypermarket also moved out their regional distribution warehouse in Shah Alam to China.

Today, we read the news about Japanese enterprises planned to move out their investment if shortage labour issue cannot be resolved.

What else do we have more ?

Mau tangkap , tak mau tangkap foreign labour issue has scared all enterprises.

Tutup , tak tutup Puduraya Bus terminal has shown inconsistent policy of the country.

Mycard, tak mycard to fill petrol has potrayed the inmaturity of the authority.
