Online campaigning has turned nasty. As the May 5 polling day approaches, it is expected to become uglier still with thousands of cybertroopers from Barisan Nasional and Pakatan Rakyat slugging it out while wooing voters.

PETALING JAYA: Online campaigning has gone nasty in the run-up to the May 5 general election with cyber troopers from both sides of the political divide going beyond mudslinging at times.

The fight tends to get ugly with vulgar words used freely, sometimes crossing the boundary of racial and religious sensitivity as rival cyber troopers vie to influence public perception.

Both Barisan Nasional and Pakatan Rakyat have accused each other of paying cyber troopers to attack their opponents on social networks.

One example which a non-governmental organisation complained about was the case of pro-opposition cyber troopers uploading a photograph of a woman online last month accompanied by harsh and vulgar comments.

The woman, who is a committee member of the Malaysian Youth Rights Movement, was also threatened with gangrape and murder over her stand on some issues.

Deputy Higher Education Minister Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah condemned the strategies being employed by cyber troopers, saying “they put too much focus on attack”.

“In the long run, these strategies won't work. The people will start reading these comments and say you are insulting my intelligence',” said Saifuddin.

Outgoing Jelutong MP Jeff Ooi denies that there are cyber troopers on his party's payroll, and called for politicians to make a stand against the current tactics employed by cyber activists.

“We (politicians) should not be seen to be condoning abusive commentaries. We have to call a spade a spade. If it were to come from my party, we would have to put them under restraint,” said Ooi.
Supt Ahmad Noordin Ismail from the cyber crime department of the police's Commercial Crime Unit said nabbing cyber troopers and cyber bullies can be complicated due to a lack of evidence.

“People can make these comments and remove them easily,” he said.

Digital News Asia executive editor A. Asohan said he expected the mud-slinging, and warned that things would get worse as polling day nears.

“The real dirty play will come from the Internet. You will see a lot of accusations flying back and forth while paid bloggers will go on the warpath,” he added.

However, he believed people are smarter these days and would not be easily taken in by what was being posted on Websites.

Action can be taken against people who post offensive comments online, Kuala Lumpur Bar IT committee chairman Foong Cheng Leong said.

Under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act, those found guilty of harassing or being offensive online can be fined a maximum of RM50,000 or jailed up to a year or both, he noted.
The same clause also provides that a further fine of RM1,000 can be levied daily during which the offence is continued after conviction.

Foong strongly felt that “while people are free to express their opinions, they should not defame or attack others maliciously”.

Universiti Sains Malaysia psychologist Dr Geshina Ayu Mat Saat said cyber bullies, who preyed on their victims often perceived they had the right to bully.

“They have this sense of entitlement, whereby their way is the best and people should follow them. Their perception is also very lopsided based on their own personal experience and expectations,” she said yesterday.

Dr Geshina Ayu said these bullies were more daring online as they felt that they could get away with it.
“But they failed to realise they are bound by the law, even online,” she said.

Useless Kedah 无能吉打

“The videos are real. The Chinese in Kedah feel oppressed and given a chance, will vote PAS out,” said Chong.
KUALA LUMPUR: Life has been tough for non-Muslims under the PAS-led Kedah Government, according to two 30-second videos released by MCA Youth.

They show the state's Chinese voters venting their frustration at the state government's policies, which they perceive as unfair.

They include the 50% bumiputra housing quota, guidelines forbidding women from performing on stage during Chinese New Year and non-renewal of entertainment licences during Ramadan.

Other grouses include non-Muslim businesses forced to stop operations during Muslim prayer times and enforcing gender segregation during New Year countdown concerts.

Kedahans also complained about the lack of development, corruption and unfulfilled promises in the five years Pakatan has run the state.

Both videos have been uploaded on http://www.youtube.com/mcahq.

MCA Youth education bureau chief Chong Sin Woon said that despite assurances from DAP, PAS policies had affected non-Muslims.
“I urge non-Muslims to look at the policies implemented by the state government over the last five years.

“This is what will happen if they were to take over the Federal Government,” he said at a press conference.

  （吉隆坡9日訊）馬華再推出“吉打華人，伊斯蘭黨執政，您滿意嗎？＂大選短片，也力數民聯執政吉打州在伊斯蘭黨領導下的“十宗罪＂。
  
  
  馬青教育局主任張盛聞在新聞發佈會上指出，吉打的土著房屋固打制從30%提昇至50%，而且即使沒有土著購買，也不開放讓其他種族購買。
  
  
  他說，吉打州實施各種影響非穆斯林的措施，但是行動黨也沒有人出聲。
  
  
  
  
  “我們不是恐嚇華裔，而是不希望全國華裔未來受到伊斯蘭化的政策影響，不希望穆斯林以為華裔已經接受這些政策，而能夠推行伊斯蘭化的措施。＂
  
  
  從沒掩飾建立伊國
  
  
  他指出，伊斯蘭黨從來沒有否認和掩飾他們要建立伊斯蘭國家的目標，可是行動黨卻以伊斯蘭黨沒有殺人、沒有貪污、沒有影響非穆斯林為由，維護伊斯蘭黨。

  至於該短片被抨擊把弟子規當成三字經，他說，弟子規也是三字經的一種，他們是先瞭解文化才播放。
  
  
  “影片中的學校不在大馬，學生也不是大馬學生，我們是為了保護他們，不被網民人肉搜索，被罵走狗。＂

  詢及該片段有88人按“贊＂，但是有981個“不喜歡＂，馬青中委符策勤說，短片的目的是正面地傳達訊息，不是比較“贊＂的數目。
  
  
  至於網上出現女優支持國陣的網頁，張盛聞說，明顯就是反對黨的伎倆，希望能夠停止這類敗壞社會文化的風氣。

馬華團拜引逾萬各族出席

（吉隆坡11日訊）首次在戶外舉行的馬華《全民過好年》癸巳年大團拜，吸引逾萬名各族人士出席，與首相拿督斯里納吉、副首相丹斯里慕尤丁及馬華領導層同歡慶新春佳節，展現一個馬來西亞精神。


今年的馬華新春大團拜首度移師蕉賴金魚村斯里柔佛組屋前的大草場舉行，場面盛大，除了納吉、相慕尤丁以及多名內閣部長、國陣領袖出席外，兩位前首相敦馬哈迪及敦阿都拉也現身。


馬華也在團拜活動中推介改造而成的“穩定一號”宣傳巴士，這輛巴士將充作馬華與國陣政治講座、活動的流動舞台。


“穩定一號”由雙層巴士改造而成，車身以國陣藍為主色，印有巨幅納吉、馬華總會長拿督斯里蔡細歷的肖像以及熊貓圖，加上馬華“要穩定，不要亂”口號與國陣標誌，而車頂則裝置上舞台與音響設備。（星洲網）

（吉隆坡2日訊）由馬華總部、馬華聯邦直轄區聯委會及馬華敦拉薩鎮區會聯辦的“全民過好年─癸已年大團拜”首次移師戶外，估計屆時將有逾萬名民眾出席，大會將準備1萬份食物讓民眾享用。

馬華總秘書拿督斯里江作漢披露，自馬華大廈建成後，往年的大團拜皆於黨總部舉行，今年則改至敦拉薩鎮，希望以往曾出席這項活動的民眾得知這項最新訊息，以免去錯地點。這項大團拜是於2月10日（正月初一）上午9時在蕉賴敦拉薩鎮金魚村大草場舉行，當天將會有60個小販檔口，共約20種食物讓出席民眾享用，其中也包括清真食物。

年初一舉行

他週六召開記者會指出，該活動將於當天上午9時開始至中午12時，除了首相拿督斯里納吉和副首相丹斯里慕尤丁將蒞臨之外，還有各正副部長、國陣成員黨黨魁、各國大使、華團領袖等。此外，馬華領袖如總會長拿督斯里蔡細歷、署理總會長拿督斯里廖中萊，以及三機構中委皆會出席。

“以往約有5000至6000人出席於馬華總部的新春大團拜，而這一次的金魚村大草場可容納至少2萬名民眾。”

他說，這次移師敦拉薩鎮的目的，是因該區擁有不同族群的居民，希望藉此吸引友族同胞一同歡慶農曆新年，以體現“一個馬來西亞”精神。

“馬華敦拉薩鎮區會在一個月前已如火如荼進行籌備工作，並準備一連串的精彩表演，包括舞獅、文化舞蹈、踩高蹺、歌唱、中國雜技表演、華樂等。”

他披露，大會也安排接送巴士，於當天早上7時30分開始至下午1時正，在吉隆坡蕉賴羽球體育館、吉隆坡足球場、馬華總部、STAR輕快鐵蕉賴站以及STAR輕快鐵敦拉薩鎮站，專程載送民眾到大團拜現場，每隔15至20分鐘一趟。

馬華敦拉薩鎮區會秘書符策勤呼吁出席民眾善用公共交通工具，自行駕駛者可將車子停泊於接送巴士的載送地點，再轉搭大會準備的專程巴士，以免造成當地交通癱瘓。至於附近民眾則步行到現場。

出席者包括敦拉薩鎮區會主席周連瓊、區會副主席蔡國良、區會婦女組主席曾惜心及馬青區團秘書李義廉。（光明日報）

（吉隆坡15日訊）蛇年新景象，馬華將顛覆每年農曆大年初一（10日）於馬華大廈舉行新春團拜的傳統，預計把地點移師至來屆大選的吉隆坡焦點選區之一；即敦拉薩鎮國會選區。由於過去的馬華千人至萬人宴都湊巧遇上大雨的阻礙，馬華總會長拿督斯里蔡細歷笑言：“我或許會傳簡訊給老天，希望給個面子，到時可不要下雨就好。”


他說，他初步擬定將馬華每年的新春團拜活動轉至敦拉薩鎮選區，預計可吸引1萬人或以上的公眾到來賀新春，而此項建議亦獲得首相拿督斯里納吉的贊同。


不過，他也不排除將旺沙馬朱國會選區納入新春團拜的建議地點，畢竟有關地點以巫裔居多，況且華裔大多數都是“關門過年”，因此希望能夠吸引三大民族到來出席馬華蛇年新春活動。


稱不會舉行黨慶活動


蔡細歷於週二接受中文報聯訪時指出，今年的新春團拜不會依舊在馬華大廈舉行，反之將轉移陣地舉辦戶外新春團拜活動。


“歷任正副首相以往都是來到馬華大廈出席，之後就沒甚麼特別的，而吸引到來的民眾只有3000至5000人出席。”


詢及選擇在敦拉薩鎮或旺沙馬朱選區舉行新春團拜，是否與大選來臨有關，蔡細歷直說：“做甚麼事都必須有策略性的嘛！”


基於馬華黨慶（2月17日）與農曆新年團拜活動相近，蔡細歷披露，馬華總部鐵定不會舉行黨慶活動，反之交由馬華各州聯委會處理黨慶事宜。（光明日報）

A dazzling start to a brand new  human Time  of  01.01.2013, let us appreciate and celebrate past, present & future successes of life progress and the realization of all our aspirations.

A copy of TIME in the bullet train and wine as if as the time tube and excitement blend, especially the reading supposed to past time but the contents spur the head-turned of browsing the year of 2012.

Mission : to find out the extent of hypocrite impact of American capitalism towards the up and surging of this most liberal Arabic country which allows liquors to be served in 5-star hotels and the present of night clubs surprisingly yet seen not few young girls in the sexy singlet-sleeveless summer attire in the public eyeballs and relatively less head scarfs in this soil.

TIME in Dubai 2008 , yes, it was bad news.

2009, postponing the trip to LA, USA as the 'Hold' business strategy eluded the unforseen depth of the 'Deep' (dip).      

2010 start showing the bottom-bounced recovery, the sky of 2011 torched clearer.....but there came the news of 2nd Dip caused by Europe...hmm the White Deep Deep!

The business activities of 2011 second half  defiant streak with mix economy indicators again as 2008.

2012, confirmed 2nd Dip across the globe and further exhausted most of financial and business sectors and led to collapsed of EU nations.

Imagine , just to survive from 1st, here come the 2nd throughout 2012, the swallow of sliver to dare one to hold on to the wall of the cliff one more time, swing like a monkey from deforestration on to the dry tree branches.

Despite the export business turmoil, exploring into own domestic markets as of the sustainable strategy applicable to the opening of a retail outlet in Jakarta in mid 2011 to serve the up-growing  consumable consumers in this 130 million population and new magnetic field of FDI. 

A branch out for Malaysia domestic market is the similar approach in mid 2012.

Politically in 2012, the frequent invitations to forums, TVs, Radios were rather excited not only for appearance but a endurance and humiliation test as being a MCA and BN member.

Debating with oppositions  neither the hot-stuff topic nor the pleasant talk of Buddhism were the self pride as brave to face the angry Chinese crowd towards BN/MCA pra/post of 308.

Oppositions have had the absolute TIME advantage, to them is the 'riding' in the beginning but the development became 'hijacking' the global and home epidemic of "Change".

As Buddhist central path way of life, if  were asked for frank opinion, I would rather dissapointed with those who do not embrace real practice of Buddhism but just by the name and by the sake of religion Researcher and Leader roles sealed their shallowness in the real philosophy of life in front of the public eyes.  

Simply because the defiant ways are just like the soul hiding anonymous by the name and by the way of democracy and civil rights dare themselves only after abolishment of ISA. 

Oppositions YBs do not need to work to serve, to care about the Bandar Tun Razak fish bone electric pylon by pushing rakyat around to blind folded people anger.

The low command of Pelat Bahasa Malaysia of the Chinese NGOs leaders need more realization and improvement to commensurate the national language.

Of course, the civil right and accumulated grievances towards corruptions of some BN Leaders are the factual that could not be denied and in-tolerated.  But, corruption cannot be varied by  mega con to little cheat, both are evil !  Pakatan Rakyat (PR) is not endowed with any privilege for small cheat of jacket to mega land swap deal clinching whatsover.

PM Najib has been portraying nation leader and urge UMNO has to be more inclusive by progress and MCA should play more the role as rank at par to decide upon and audit the BN work in progress.

What MCA should do when Chinese population coming from 23% to 15% to 5% and what will be the constitutional and public administration treatment by the law maker and public administrator tilted to a major race base towards a much smaller ethnic group ?

And, look in-depth of the overdosed pig of antibiotic is the responsibility of MCA, of course if still in the office, otherwise DAP will have to shoulder this issue.

On the highway, motorbikes 'paving' thru the jamming cars not different from Malaysia scenery but the only differ is by the size of motorbike in bigger cc.

Traffic Jam,yo......everywhere, no yellow box at the junctions, drivers' aggression and selfishness nakedly seen in this World 4th largest economy, White democratic and Human Righted so called fair and liberal icon....hmmmm.





From exhaust pipes to exhausted with "Love With SayHear No Evil" on the way to so-called as authored as "Paris Little Hotel", one would be welcomed by half-friendly & half cooked English speaking new migrant North African French (like Algerian -Zidane ) hotel receptionist.
