1. Country Bankrupt cos of Deficit ( Balance of Payment - indebted)

a. Malaysia 53% ( No bankrupt)
b. USA 67% ( No bankrupt)
c. Germany 81%( No bankrupt)
d. Spore 118% ( No bankrupt)(2 Casinos, Replace Swiss Bank status, Is the cleanest country accept the cleanest money?)
e. Greece 198% (confirm bankrupt)
f. Japan 212% ( No bankrupt)

Similar to individual loan eg : Cash in hand RM250,000 VS Housing Loan RM250,000 ( 100% deficit).

Message : Capability of repaying the loan, no issue of bankrupt 

2. Braindrain 

Talent flow -

- Mal to Sing ( 1mil residing outside)
- Sing to Perth (200k residing outside)
- Twn /Hkg to China
- Chi to USA
- USA to Asia (6 mil residing outside)

Migrate to USA due to unfair to Chinese schools system ?!

4 Countries with Full stream of Chinese School system( Kindies/Primary/Secondary/Tertiary)  in the World ie. China/Twn/Hkg/Msia, not even Spore

Message : Globalisation with mankind of movement vis-a-vis Social Economy upgrading & cross-skilling earning foreign funds

3. Foreign Labour

Mal - 3 mil / 12% of population
Sing - 1.2 mil /30% of population
USA- 14mil /2% of population

Message : Foreign Labour itself is not the absolute problem
