Why Eiffel Tower Cannot Be Erected In Malaysia ?

國陣政要斥公僕“倒米＂

馬來西亞佛教青年總會於週三舉辦佛教當代關懷研討會“佛教的本來面目＂，馬來西亞佛教學術研究學會會長拿督洪祖豐認為，巫統及伊黨同樣以發展伊斯蘭教為最終目標，當伊黨嚷著要實行伊斯蘭刑事法及伊斯蘭國的時候，巫統已開始有系統地將國家伊斯蘭化，從敦馬哈迪擔任首相時期，開始伊斯蘭化教育、經濟領域以及馬來化公共服務領域。

馬來西亞佛教青年總會總會長吳青松居士則認為，只有大馬擁有人權、種族及教育平等之後，才會有宗教平等。他說，大馬有宗教自由，卻無平等待遇，例如最近推出的教育大藍圖專注文化及語言單一化，穆斯林可以學習宗教課，非穆斯林不能上宗教課，只能念道德教育。


140萬公僕是第三股勢力


洪祖豐說，馬華及民主行動黨為了政權而爭鬥不休，忽略了國內140萬名公務員才是真正的第三股勢力。

也是前政府官員的他說，國內有六千多名官員具有資格批准小型撥款，總數多達47億令吉，比檳州財政預算案還多。


他認為，政黨只是“搞政＂、公共服務領域才是“搞治＂，所謂“上有政策，下有對策＂，由於官員權力過大，他們甚至不必服從部長命令。


他說，首相拿督斯里納吉上任以來，才有違反紀律的高級公務員受到對付，例如衛生部總監拿督斯里哈山阿都拉曼。

國陣青年團幕僚長符策勤批評公務員不是為人民服務，而是幫國陣“倒米＂。


他舉例，吉隆坡市政局的公務員有一半親民聯，一半親國陣。當國陣強大的時代，市政局願意聽從國陣領袖要求，協助人民解決民生問題；當民聯崛起後，市政局見兩虎相爭，索性兩邊都不服從。


他聲稱，曾在國陣青年團建議公務員應採用“聘請及開除制度＂，才能糾正公務員頻頻犯錯的問題。


“我曾通過推特要求雪州行政議員郭素沁協助解決武吉加里爾電燈及路洞問題。但兩週後依然無法解決，郭回應我｀如果公務員肯聽我們的話，一切就好辦了’，由此說明國陣及民聯面對共同問題。＂

康乐反鱼骨大电缆委员会召集人符策勤抨击雪州大臣兼敦拉萨镇国会议员丹斯里卡立妄顾敦拉萨镇地区居民的意愿，答应安排居民与市政局对话也毫无声息。


符策勤表示，卡立此前表明雪州民联政府政府听取民意后已暂停高压电缆计划，可是其身为人民代议士的敦拉萨镇地区，高压电缆工作依然正在按部就班地进行。

他说，卡立作为国会议员不应推卸责任，应站在最前线阻止高压电缆继续在敦拉萨镇衔接。

“这是雪州经济行动理事会批准的计划，不管是以大臣身份或是国会议员，他都应该负上全责，处理到底；即使现在高压电缆工程在敦拉萨镇地区进行中，他有责任反映给市政局知道”。

符策勤披露，近一个多月适逢雨季，雷雨交加，把泊车在鱼骨电缆下的居民不禁心惊胆跳。

他说，由于一些居民避开在电缆下面的停车位泊车，因而影响了附近店铺的生意和正常的起居生活作息。

“一个月多以来，委员会接到许多关于这方面的投诉，居民表达了担忧，并且愤怒卡立至今依然没有行动”。

符策勤说，卡立并未依据敦拉萨镇人民意愿在最后一季国会中向国能与市政局提出质询，也拒绝回应委员会的投诉。

他表示，卡立曾说在11月会安排居民与康乐花园和敦拉萨镇等涉及地区的居民与市政局和国能展开对话，但至今依然无声无息。

“我们不晓得他到底有没有安排，还是将我们这群被视为“冲撞”他的人排除在外；如今不只是“鸟笼”，连“白色电线”也上去了，到底卡立管还是不管”？！

符策勤痛批卡立冥顽不灵，斥雪州民联政府贬低人民意愿，消费以民为本。

（吉隆坡28日讯）综合马华党內各地消息，马华许多45岁以下青年领袖，名字虽都列入国州议席「预备人选」名单，但处於「个个有机会，人人无把握」的阶段，最后也可能「一场欢喜一场空」。


儘管各党分析都显示，选民倾向投选年轻化、学歷高、层面较广的候选人，使不少年龄在45岁以下的领袖在「预备人选」中佔优势。


不过，部分马青州级领袖面对一个共同的「烦恼」，即他们的名字出现在马华党內及国阵整体评估的名单內，有些入围2、3个选区，但都不属於「第一人选」，隨时落得一场空。


消息称，马青雪州团长高祥威就是一个很好的例子。据瞭解，他的名字除了出现在適耕庄州席、金鑾州席之外，甚至也在蒲种国席（民政党委派候选人的席位）出现，但在每个选区都有「劲敌」，在適耕庄还面对另一名马青中委谢升远的竞爭。


据瞭解，现任教育部副部长兼马青总团长拿督魏家祥，以及霹雳州行政议员兼马青署理总团长拿督马汉顺继续出征大选料没太大问题，惟有消息传马华与巫统或会互相交换选区，魏家祥是否將留守亚依淡待定。


擬派女將出征万挠


此外，早前曾传出2名来自乌鲁冷岳区会的马青高层领袖，即马青副总团长拿督姚伟豪（乌冷区团团长）及马青副总秘书罗秋俊（乌冷区会副主席）在加影州议席爭出线。


据悉，加影州席目前3名最有机会出线的候选人为当地国阵协调官拿督李万行、罗秋俊及乌冷区会妇女组秘书罗丽娟。


同样来自雪州的马青总稽查郑有文，则是巴生国席或属下的班打马兰州席的预备人选，在州席上阵的机率来得较大。


因308大选后沙巴有国阵成员党退出阵线，导致有数个沙巴选区「悬空」，沙州马华正积极爭取数个选区上阵的机会；一旦成功的话，马青全国副总团长兼沙州团长杨振良（37岁）有机会出征士邦加国席。


马青全国副总团长兼森州团长叶理国目前是朱湖州选区国阵协调官，上阵机会大；马青副总团长陈栋良则有机会在吉打州峇眼色海国席上阵，但妇女组全国副主席拿督王赛芝隨时成为程咬金。


上届在士拉央国席败北的马青总財政李丽友，名字入榜万挠州议席候任名单，但据马华有意愿要派女將出征万挠。


马青副总財政许金汉（野新区会主席）有机会在望万州议席上阵，但当地派系斗爭明朗化，上届以天兵姿势中选的蔡健华也有留守该区的机会。


来自柔佛州马青组织秘书拿督顏丰守上阵的机率不大，马青中委宋乃顺料继续留守北干那那州席、柔州团长侯振德是柔佛东甲州选区的预备人选之一，而马青中委杨建兴则是地不佬国会议席的预备人选，惟上阵机率不大。


王乃志出战机率低


柔甲有不少年龄低於45岁惟在马青不活跃，直接在马华或区会活跃的领袖，如拿督蔡智勇（料留守拉美士国席）及张秀福（振林山国席热门人选）、拿督顏天禄（料留守鲁容选区）及林万锋（甲州行政议员兼万望州议员薛亚朝助手，若薛氏退位，盛传他有机会上阵）等人。


上届大选於马六甲市区国席卫冕失败的王乃志（马青中委），由於已出任首相政治秘书，除非首相另有盘算，否则出战的机率不大；另一名来自甲州的马青中委林涌德是格西当州选区协调委员及马青甲市区团副团长顏永和则是怡力州选区的热门预备人选。


彭亨州方面，马青彭州团长黄奕龙是区会提呈的直凉州席的预备人选之一，但直凉目前属於民政候选人攻打的选区；而马青关丹区团副团长曹国梁是关丹国席的预备人选之一、马青中委陈修志有机会再次在实兆远区州席上阵，另一名马青中委蔡国林会否继续在丹那拉打州议席上阵仍是未知数。


马青吉兰丹州团长顏汉川是丹州哥打拉玛州选区的4名预备人选之一，但原任候选人陈永生上阵的机率更高。玻璃市方面，马青中委钟奕强是马华巴东勿剎区会的意属人选，有望在知知丁宜州席上阵。


在檳霹州，马华料会增加年轻候选人的比例去求突围，马青中委邱文传有望继续在兵如港州选区上阵，许文櫳目前是檳州垄尾区协调员，继续攻打该区的机率大。


森州方面，马青中委李麒昌被视为马华罗白与沉香区的预备候选人之一，並与何国耀同台竞爭。


陈財和儿子有望攻甲洞


在雪隆区方面，有不少马青新秀料將在「黑区」及「灰区」求突围。党內有消息传出马华会以武吉免登来与民政换取甲洞选区，一旦成事的话，马华直辖区联委会主席拿督斯里陈財和之子陈国永將有望上阵，而直辖区副组织秘书顏骏仁则落空。


陈国永也同时入榜敦拉萨国席预备人选，该区其他入榜的人选还包括马青全国策略研究局主任符策勤、雪州公共服务局主任拿督汤木及华总义务副总秘书陈耀星；已受委上议员的拿督周连琼也是潜在的上阵人选。


在雪隆，有望上阵的45岁以下的新生代还包括蕉赖区的马华蕉赖区会服务中心主任洪曙光或马华蕉赖区会副主席张志辉，而马青教育局主任兼班丹区团团长张盛闻是班丹区会推荐人选之一，但是，该区有马华前总会长拿督斯里翁诗杰坐镇，他上阵机率不大。

馬青為關中籌獲逾44萬‧有信心春節前可達100萬

出席者包括劉振國、符策勤、黃奕龍、李至尊、顏康凱及黃國安。

（吉隆坡11日訊）隨著在3州舉行系列籌款活動後，馬青已經為關丹獨中籌獲逾44萬令吉，並有望在熱心人士大力支持下，在農曆新年前達到籌獲100萬令吉的目標。

馬青中委劉亞強說，這項主題為“萬眾齊心，籌建關中＂的活動，已經陸續在瓜雪、新山及瓜拉登嘉樓舉行了3場籌款晚宴，累積捐款數額達44萬1千365令吉，未來將繼續在7個地區舉行各項籌款活動，以晚宴、交流會、義行及文娛晚會等形式，為關丹獨中籌募100萬令吉的建校經費。

他說，在完成所有籌款活動後，馬青將擇日舉行車隊遊行，從吉隆坡中華獨中出發，途經峇都、旺沙馬朱、文冬然後直達關丹，將馬青向全國各州籌募的捐款交到關丹獨中。

他今日在多名馬青中委陪同下，在馬華總部召開新聞發佈會時，呼吁公眾踴躍支持馬青未來的籌款活動，並出席籌款活動，向馬青瞭解該間獨中的模式，以厘清迷思。

張盛聞：過去3場活動反應鼓舞

馬青總團教育局主任張盛聞說，過去3場的籌款活動反應令人鼓舞，讓馬青有絕對的信心可以為關丹獨中籌獲100萬令吉。

他說，馬青的籌款活動也是一個很好的平台，可以化解外界對馬華的攻擊與誤解。

馬青是在第48屆全國代表大會上，宣佈啟動“籌募關丹中華獨中建校基金＂，號召馬青各州團和區團舉辦各項籌款活動。
