There have been years of allegation of the containts of the training of Biro Tatanegara towards racist element.

With the recent exposure of the same issue of this premier training for government servants of Malaysia, the country leaders should seriously to look into this matter by investigation in depth and make correction if necessary.

With the series of openess of central government policy since our new PM Najib, it is the time to audit the execution of public adminstration system to achieve the objective of the constructive new policies.

People want to see real execution, fairness in day-to-day public adminstration especially with the woo of 1Malaysia core value.

We again urge the authority and country leaders to rectify any shortcoming of Biro Tatanegara !

蔡廖重选共识，神经刀回国可能再挥 ？

以下的迹象显示四缺一的麻将碰胡可能出现变数喔。。。。

老幕， 老蔡， 老廖，什至于老马（马来西亚子民）也许在著名“刀总”一回国又有惊人的“挥刀”举动， 震惊四座的可能 ！

假设“刀总”：

1。反悔也好， 不认账也罢，对重选日期还是有第二个想法？

2。迟迟不召开中委会来决定中委是否呈辞的拖字诀？

3. 坚持5.12.o9代表大会 如期开来混乱局面？

4。企图激起华社情绪的终极“乱”谋略 ？

如果都领教过了， 还有什么不可能的。。。。

连众高智慧的华团领袖都被带上山吃饭。。摆上台，

坚持重选日期须交中委会定夺翁诗杰：擅自公布不尊重党章

翁诗杰强调任何重选的日期，必须交由马华中委会本身的成员所定夺。
他指出，马华中委会成员必须先提出呈辞，才能够举行重选。
根据马华党章第41条文，若三分二马华中委会成员呈辞， 就必须在30天之内举行重选。

廖派是在今日宣布翁蔡廖三派已对重选一事达至共识，并声称12月5日代表大会料将展延，以便与重选同步举行。

翁诗杰也指出，任何重选日期的建议仅是一项测探（merely exploratory）。

他更强调，“任何人选择在此刻宣布重选日子，是对中委会及党章的不尊重。”

日前出国公干的翁诗杰是在今日透过手机简讯的方式，回应《当今大马》有关重选日期的询问。

翁诗杰以短讯回覆道，“现在任何人每天都可以声称任何事。有些人提出这项建议（展延大会并与重选同步进行），但是这必须根据党章进行，而不是根据个人的喜好”。

Khoo Kay Kim 邱家金 & OCBC !

Refer to the recent heated issue of Professor Khoo Kay Kim on his comment of Malaysia Chinese Primary School "not worth to be learnt from" due to its "Copy Cat" education system.

I would not further comment on this because there are many have already stood up to defend on Khoo's harsh view.

I just want to share my view of non-Chinese educated or rather be little bit more of those Chinese who do not read Chinese newspaper or choose not to read !

My analysis is :

1. for those Chinese who went to English schools or Malay schools since primary education, they are the group who really cannot read Chinese;

2. for those Chinese "half -Chinese educated ( only went to Chinese primary school), who finally "choose" not to read Chinese newspaper;

3. for those Chinese even they are Chinese educated ( even good command in oral and reading), who "choose" not to read Chinese newspaper because.....

a. " the spouse" is not Chinese educated ( save monthly cost of extra Chinese newspaper copy)

b. want to be "seen" as English education background

For those as above, I would make a very general view that these groups of people, they do not understand very well the daily Chinese community situation, thought, feeling and etc...

They are perhaps reading from the local English newspapers as their daily "mind food".

Apparently, other medium than Chinese newspapers are not reporting thoroughly the Chinese society news.

Therefore, those who are only reading these medium of newspapers, they are "half-past 6" when come to really know the typical Chinese group.

Do not get me wrong, I am not talking about "right or wrong" here.

I am rather conducting a post mortem part of the Malaysia multi racial society phenomena.

Likewise, amongst these groups of people, I do not think that they are reading any Malay newspaper neither do the typical Chinese educated group.

Therefore, "so near yet so far" :

1. OCBC - Orang Cina Bukan Cina group neither know well about their own ethnic nor the pre-dominant Malay society;

2. typical groups like the Malay, Chinese, Indian who are their mother tongue educated are basically come to know more about their own tribe only

So, I notice that for those Non-Chinese educated or OCBC , their knowledge of their own ethnic group is generally "shallow" or appeared to be " not of my concern" attitude.

Again, I am not saying it is right or wrong and spurring any racism, rather

this is the phenomenon of Malaysia !

如果大家有发觉到， 每次党有重大宣“怖”，党魁第二天或当晚就往国外溜 ！

丢下舆论， 让受害人也好， 媒体也罢， 什至于党员议论纷纷，单向式的“自言自语”诠释有关议题。

他就在国外逃避现实， 在5星级酒店房里上网偷看“鸡飞狗跳”而且“被愚”的国人的连锁反应 ！

同时， 又在个人部落客上宣“怖”骇人党消息， “什么蔡细历掌柔佛。。。。”等等。

为什么不在堂堂正正的党决策机构里宣布， 不在记者会公告天下 ？

为什么只在晚间才用sms发布重邀魏周入会长理事会 ？

在大是大非的时候， 很多党领袖一句“公干”就闪到国外， 尤其是那些所谓资深且有官位及表现的“极没有立场， 一时这样， 一时那样”的那一群“偷生族”。

这种领袖还像话？

如果这种领袖在自家已是“偷生族”， 不敢想象在外他们怎么样面对巫统 ？

我建议在下一次“会长理事会”“中委会”， 党魁有责任向党报告他们的行程 ？

中国是一班“偷生族”常溜的国家。。。只因为“亚航”“马航”廉价票让他们有种“出国”的感觉。

While we are talking about the reviving of Economy in the world and Malaysia, that is a book authored by Harry S. Dent , the renowned long term economic trend forecaster, he predicted as below sometimes in April 2009 :

1. The bubble prosperity will be end soon. 2nd half of 2009, there would be short term recovery, but inflation, rise of interest rate and the last evolve of oil and merchandise bubble demand would worsen the recession.

2. The bubble stock markets of Asia and new emerging countries has peaked in 2007, will be collapsed in 2010.

3. Oil and mechandise will be the last bubble of the prosperity, most probably will be peak in the end of 2009 towards mid of 2010 and lead to next market collapse.

4. the next correction of stock market will be in 2nd half of 2012. Dow Jones would be bottom at 3,800 point.

5. I predict all bubble including Stock, Merchandise, Real Estate would be destroyed, therefore the safest is to have cash holding

6.the recovery will be in end 2010 -2012 and wise for property investment

Let see how accurate of this forecast !

The reason for this economic sharing is very much on the observation of the 3rd qtr 2009 economic slow down in Malaysia.

Year end festive demand supposes to prosper or recover the year long low -demand but seems do not giving any good signal up to today.

九马青中委盼首相介入促使重选轰翁派砍人后才“补镬”已太迟

在首相纳吉今天放话指马华党争深化，大团结方案无法令人信服，要约见马华各派领袖。

他们也炮轰翁派在昨天大开杀戒之后，发现情况不对，而企图以魏家祥及周美芬仍是“受邀”会长理事会成员 ，以及马青在会长理事会代表人数反而增加的说法来“补镬”。

但是此举为时已晚，全国各地的基层情绪已经燃烧起来。

他们更进一步斥责翁诗杰的的作为，如同搞垮国民党的前台湾总统李登辉，企图有计划地摧毁马华。

这9名马青中委是在今天上午11点假马华总部的7楼马青总部召开记者会，发表上述立场。出席者包括：张盛闻、符策勤、梁剑顺、刘亚强、吴杰民、张文震、张华清、吕荣和谢万成。

首相纳吉今天已开腔表态，指马华危机看来越来越严重，大团结方案也无法令人信服，党内外都对马华感到失望，因此他会在11月28日前，即第二场特大前各别会见所有马华主要领袖，听取各方看法，以寻求解决该党危机的方案。

挑战翁蔡俩面对重新选举代表发言人张盛闻表示，首相纳吉若真要介入马华当前的困局，则他们希望其结果是，在12月5日的常年大会举行马华领导层的重选。他更挑战总会长翁诗杰和署理总会长蔡细历，既然两人之前公开宣称掌握97%的党内支持率，因此他们就不应害怕面对重新选举。

“如果他们能够再次当选，我们会尊重和支持他们的领导，否则的话他们应该下台，离开马华。”驳斥马青代表1变2的说法张盛闻（左图）也炮轰翁派

昨天大开杀戒之后，发现情况不对，而企图以魏家祥及周美芬仍是“受邀”会长理事会成员 ，以及马青在会长理事会代表人数反而增加的说法来“补镬”。“现在补救为时已晚，全国各地的情绪已经被烧起来，基层党员已经不能够在沉默，他们和马青成员都要起来告诉领导层：‘够了，我们受够了’。”

他驳斥新闻局主任王赛芝“马青代表在会长理事会1变2”的说法，强调马青过去在会长理事会有4个代表，包括魏家祥、姚伟豪、颜丰守和王乃志，但如今却“被砍到完”，“反而马汉顺进来代替，这样叫做增加吗？”

张盛闻也说明，尽管翁派宣称魏家祥及周美芬仍“受邀”参加会长理事会，但是马华网页至今却完全没有列出两人的名字，而且“受邀”在会议中“是坐后排的”，没有任何决策权力。

林良实也未曾如此对待翁张盛闻更不客气地形容翁诗杰如国民党当年的李登辉，“有计划地，一步步地要将党摧毁”。他指出，担任马青团长的翁诗杰在林良实主掌马华时代受到排挤，但他仍有机会留会长理事会，而且不断通过媒体抨击党领袖，但如今，他自己当上总会长后，竟史无前例地将魏家祥排除在会长理事会外，企图制造一言堂的局面。

“马青和妇女组成员占了党员的三分之二，这样有代表性的臂膀，却不在会长理事会里面，作为最高决策和行政单位，它还会有代表性吗？”

牛一般砍14个，翁只砍12个， 还没达标 ！

当年梁维泮砍马华14个中委，开除他们的党籍，

翁只砍1个蔡细历， 开除他的党纪， 其余的11个是撤除委任，

翁想缔造历史， 但小case 一个，

他还可以继续砍多两个平牛一般的记录，

遗憾的事， “翁砍”有量没质，

因为， “梁砍”的质是“开除14个党籍”，

反观，“翁砍”只有区区的“开除1个党籍”，

小 case lah !

会长理事会都是翁的人，

中委会大多为蔡的人，

翁将以会长理事会为决策机构，

他头还没冲昏完 ！

一般相信， 砍魏周， 可能连蔡派都会跳起来，

蔡感身其受被砍的感觉， 理应不会为砍魏周而雀跃 ！

马华那有“秋后算账”？

痛批马华党内民主已死亡魏家祥周美芬泪洒记者会

廖派痛批马华总会长翁诗杰今日大肆改组马华会长理事会，革除九名廖派大将包括马青总团长魏家祥、妇女组主席周美芬、黄日升、曹智雄、何国忠、李伟杰、王乃志、姚伟豪及颜丰守的戏剧性举动。

这意味着，廖派在会长理事会里头，仅剩下两名“硕果仅存”的代表苦苦支撑，即副总会长廖中莱及陈国煌。廖中莱斥责魏家祥及周美芬作为马华两大膀臂的领导也被除名。至于魏家祥及周美芬两人则情绪激动地，痛批马华党内的民主已经死亡，不约而同地泪洒记者会。

谁说马华翁蔡“秋后算账”？

谁说马华不民主 ？

谁说翁蔡六个月以后不重选 ？

谁说马华在来届大选不能赢取华人票 ？

谁说“团结方案”包刮砍人？

谁说马华里有灭党李登辉 ？

团结方案Greater Unity Plan Vs 和平方案Peace Plan

The current Ong Tee Keat(OTK) /Chua Soi Lek (CSL) 's MCA Greater Unity Plan (GUP) is very much different from the then Ling Liong Sik (LLS) / Lim Ah Lek (LAL)'s Peace Plan (PP).

As simple as the few different points between of GUP & PP :

A. Both OTK and CSL are dented with controversial of the issues of :-

1.Alleged RM10mil scandal;

2. Refusal of acceptance of the result of Non - Confidence vote of EGM;

3. Sex DVD;

4. Refusal of acceptance of failure of reinstatement of the position of Deputy President of EGM

B. Both LLS and LAL were dented only with the controversial of :-

Acquired of Nanyang Siang Pao by MCA

C. Greater Unity Plan :

1. is involved the so -called unity of OTK/CSL teams only excludes of Liao Tiong Lai team which is not considered as "Greatest" rather as "Greater not to the fullest unity";

2. there was the dismissal of 4 Central Committees which was paradox to this unity plan;

3. as at 15.11.09, there isn't any containts at all in this plan. It seems both OTK/CSL are shaking hands for unity without solidity ground of work to construct the already damaged MCA party;


D. Peace Plan

1. was involved the whole party of MCA for real mean of unity;

2. was constructed based on real containts like Ong Ka Ting and Chan Kong Choi were made as
new generation leaders to succeed the LLS/LAL ; joint Double Secretaries of MCA Youth Wing and the alliance of followers were taken consideration in the new leadership structure;

3. no dimissal of any Central Committes in this plan

Apparently, GUP is generally not accepted by the Chinese community whereas for PP , it was well accepted as temporary stabilisation of the party until the next party election.

BN leader is perceived to be "rushing" in accepting GUP despite the negative response for the Chinese community due to its urgency to prepare for the next country general election.

昨晚才从台北回来， 完成两天一夜出差任务。

此行又处理了售后服务的问题。

试问挣钱不是时时刻刻都在挣“问题钱”吗？

多少年的经验又如何 ？

这次又住进了久别四年的“城市商旅”精品酒店。

另一家更个性化精品的非“台北商旅”莫属。

小型的精品酒店是台湾酒店业的特色- 高7-8楼；前台小姐到酒店门口接送客人，宾至如归的入住手续非常“个人化”；小姐送客到电梯口；房间密度不高；5星级兼高品位的室内设计“叹为观止”；50” LCD液晶电视； 高级音响延至“化妆间”；电动喷水吹风爽爽洗臀设备；大花洒，

还有。。小咖啡桌上有一条8”美蕉加苹果，橙各一粒 ！

五星级设备， 三型收费中银USD100-150/每晚 + 宝岛美长蕉一栌。

大马难找像这类型的小型个人化精品酒店， 听说吉隆坡“Maya Hotel”属于这类型， 但我还没体验过。

还有。。还有， 书房式大厅供上网免费电脑。

还有。。还有， 只要像征式给台币10元（RM1)免费高级咖啡， 有气矿泉水，cookies无限量供应。

还有。。还有， 各种书籍摆设在大厅的书柜上让平时不看书的铜臭味商务人士， 爆发富当一晚书生。

酒店只由早餐厅， 面积不大， 但是前台小姐兼职持应生， 带起白手套提供“个人化”饮食服务。早餐的两寸厚面包令我留连忘返 ！

前台女职员乐业敬业， 一有客到， 借台湾人的说法“她是用跑的”往前接待客人， 还是穿着高跟鞋喔 ！

“先生你好”不假思索的问候。

台湾人用跑的。。大马人呢？我说“是用屁股爬的啦！”

台湾朋友说“台湾经气还是不好啦，大家在找工作喔”。

大马哩？“还好啦， 工作在找大家喔”。

笨头笨脑， 只是有一纸工程师文凭， 嘴开开， 动作慢慢，就可以开Harrier 了啦 ！

木板味商人也学人买进几本书：“创业以身相殉”；“2010大崩坏”；“国家的囚徒”。 在往返机上翻啃了两本。

马华党争的下流。无耻。不要脸的价值观 ！

“政治没有永远的朋友， 也没有永远的敌人， 只有永远的利益 ！”

以上凡人都会说的时尚话语， 自认聪明的， 自褒愚蠢的， 参政的， 不参政的， 看不懂政治的 ：

“人人都啷啷上口”。

什至于利用此话为由， 理直气壮“乱盖， 乱干”， 出卖灵魂， 出卖自尊 ！


翁蔡相干时， 双方所谓的支持者体无完肤的相互污蔑敌领。

大谈立场， 特谈原则等等等。。。

一个什么闪电般，空无内容的“团结方案”的到来，两领一抱， 双方的支持者愣了一愣!

有者始悟“政无友敌，唯有利益”的怪论，因此选择离队；

有者一夜间“爱屋及乌”拥抱着曾经被他们撤底污蔑过的敌领 ！

有人坚守原则，

有人为义气守立场，

有人为利而骑墙，

但是你懂什么叫着“价值观”吗？

价值观不因为原则变而变，因为立场改而改， 更不为骑墙而攀壁。

当年阿扁乱政时期， 用他大状的烂舌把“假的真的了！”搞的宝岛乌烟瘴气。

从潜移墨化到争大眼说大话， 提倡“合理化不合理”“道德化不道德”等的下流， 无耻， 不要脸文化。

大马空前已经出现了“下流， 无耻， 不要脸”文化， 失去了良好的价值观 ！

如今的社会尤如在鼓吹“笑娼不笑贫”；“贪污日常化”；“急利政治化”来突显本身对事情的逆向看法及所谓所持有的独特的诠释。

“是这样的啦， 政治没有永远的朋友， 没有永远的敌人。。。”

“是这样的啦， 政治是肮脏的。。。”

人云亦云， 说这些话的人有几个是真真有思考过的？

此风不可长。。。。

千千万万不要在小孩面前灌输这种要不得的价值观 ！

The Rushing Greater Unity Plan Is Losing Chinese Vote

The recent MCA Greater Unity Plan is rather "Rushing and Rough" !

It was nevertheless believed that MCA needed Unity to strengthen Barisan Nasional (BN) force for next general election as well as any by-election.

Yes, MCA needs unity, BN needs unity, so does Chinese need unity, the country needs unity.

But, with the "abandoned" leaders ie. Ong and Chua in the last 10.10.09 EGM by the 2200 comrades, they were "artificially made " to come back to the steward seats of the biggest and longest Chinese political party.

The president with the Non-Confident votes by 14 .

Of course there isn't any condition in the party constitution that he ought to step down.

But, with the Political Moral justify adequately to have Ong to step down.

Furthermore, he has said it openly in all major medias "even with the loss of 1 vote, I will leave without regret!".

Now, he chose to stay.

At that time, even our country leaders as well as our BN leaders have given strong signal to this 10-month party premier to abide the EGM result.

Now, Greater Unity Plan so-called having the blessing by country/BN leader is put into place.

With the second man of the party, Chua, he was resumed the party membership status but refused with the re-instate of the Deputy Premier position is now made the come back with the advice of ROS.

Earlier on, ROS said very strongly that Chua's matter would not be administered by them but dramatically called for the shot to reinstate Chua.

Greater Unity Plan seemed put in place by overrule 10.10.09 EGM result !

If BN "perceives" Greater Unity Plan could really unite MCA or winning Chinese community heart.... sad to say....

....when I was in the Chinese Youth NGO dinner recently, the Chinese community has had such saying :

" One Without Trust, One Without Moral, how can MCA convince to represent us ?"

" The present MCA is no longer relevant to us "

It is strongly believed that the Greater Unity Plan was rushed to complete work without good foundation from both within the party and outside the party ie. Chinese support.

Yet, Greater Unity Plan has slashed 4 CC + 1 Bureau Chief just days after the plan announced.

It was absolutely like the Godfather Movie that the killing was being conducted while the ball party was in the midst of catching everyone in surprise !

无中生有？旧曲新唱 ？ - 这就是我常说的“游击式营销法” ！

赛翁（此翁非彼翁-彼翁还抓根不放）失马， 焉知非福， 贬低文章变成“促销野新”文宣。

尤如“你割了吗？”被禁广告。 它是“不抓根的赛翁”， 有福了， 芬姐替它打免费广告。

马华特大“一人一令吉 - 燎（廖）起来！”

魏家祥说，16名联署召开特大的中委，将发动一人一令吉的筹款运动，筹资举行特大。

“古今中外，党意或民意才是最重要的，因为得民心才能得天下，而召开特大也是属于一项群众运动。”他说，召开特大要求举行重选中委会，才是一劳永逸地解决马华目前所面对的纷争的方案。

“召开特大让中央代表来决定马华领导层，才能使马华领导层再次夺得华社的信任，而中选的领袖也不会遭任何人质疑。”

昨晚， 出席了华青晚宴，听到了华团华青领袖们对马华的现况的评论 ：

“一个没有信誉， 一个没有道德， 没法取信于人， 代表不到华人”

“早知如此， 何必当初？”

“今天的局面， 都是一个人的错”

“一个可能连党歌都不会唱的都上位及当官”

“他今天无胆出席友党活动”

“他敢来今晚的华团宴会而且上台演讲吗？”

等等等。。。。。

除了借用群众的力量筹款，

一人一元是个非常好的党意及民意温度计 ！

把基层的斗志点燃， 把中央代表重燃， 把民主的火鸟燃烧， 把民意燎原 ！

结合起领袖群， 中坚支持者/辩手， 全国走透透5部曲：-

1。向群众“燎”喊 ：“一人一元，还政于民”；

2。向现场“燎”唱“马华党歌 + 民主进行曲”；

3。向基层“燎”报真相；

4。向参与者募“燎”款项；

5。向中央代表重“燎”

马华中委会3。11。09 - 谁先报料荼众 ？

于15。10。09下午5点结束的中委会， 在没有任何记者会的情况下，有家网站已在下午3。15左右抢先报料。

奇怪啦。。。。

“逼宫”， “反骨仔”刹伤力等字眼在会议还没结束前已散播于全国 ！

拿捏“来源”，“时空”，乃为兵家之计也。

看看明天那家网站冲出闸。。。

让我们再“奇怪啦”。。再感叹：“是真的吗？”“是抹黑吗？”

原则重要；还是技术处理重要，

是偷情的有错； 还是偷拍的有错？

是该走时又不走有错； 还是人们建议你该走时不走有错？

没关系， 一报在手意犹未尽，一网在手， 抢先荼众， 你说了算 ！

“第一时间，先入为主，荼毒国人思想”是15。10。09中委会会议后（不是， 是会议期间）的一个现象及阴谋。

但是， 隔天就有人在报章呛声反魏 ！

耐人寻味 ？

看起来， 党再也不依章行事， 不依平台抒发。。。

看起来， 不是“对与错”， 而是“喜不喜欢？”

看起来， 并不是什么价值观， 而是有预设的立场，不为原则，只为“技术性”而争议，迷惑大众。

看起来， 阿辉效应已穿梭于马青， 甚至于深化的可能。

“李登辉效应”意味着“分化， 对抗， 消灭”的谋略。

马华今后是否因为“大小李登辉”而成为历史化石。。

那么就看看这些人的良心了 ！
